Welcome to Praia das Maçãs, a beautiful area known for its golden sands and the river that gives it its name. Legend has it that in the autumn, the river would carry many apples from the nearby farms to the sand, giving the beach its unique name.

Located in the heart of Praia das Maçãs, Colares, our property is just 50 meters from the beach and offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Our guests can relax in the common living room, enjoy a delicious breakfast in our breakfast room, or retreat to the small interior patio for some quiet time. Our 24-hour reception is always available to assist with any needs or questions, and outdoor parking is provided for your convenience.

Each of our rooms is designed with your comfort in mind. Natural light and curtains ensure the necessary privacy, while a relaxed decor creates a cozy atmosphere. All rooms feature a private bathroom with towels and amenities, Wi-Fi, a mirror, and a closet.

Please note that for our long-term customers, bicycles are free of charge, and there is only an additional cost for electric bicycles (the amount to be consulted directly at reception).

Come to this charming beachside area! With its saltwater swimming pool, children's playground, and picnic area, this location offers something for everyone. For those who enjoy fishing, there are slabs and rocks at either end of the beach where you can fish with ease. But that's not all—the famous streetcar ride is a popular attraction in the area. Starting in the Estefânia area near the Sintra Museum of Modern Art, it passes through Colares and ends at the beautiful Praia das Maçãs (Apple Beach). Azenhas do Mar Beach is just a 20-minute walk or a 4-minute car ride away.

If you're looking to explore more of the area, don't miss a visit to the city of Sintra. Just a 20-minute drive away, you'll find a wealth of historic sites and attractions, including Monserrate Park and Palace, Moorish Castle, Sintra National Palace, Pena National Park and Palace, Chalet and Garden of the Countess d'Edla, and Vila Sassetti.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Do I need to sign a contract/lease?
