It consists of five apartments spread across four floors in a classic five-floor New York City walkup. With multiple subway stations and bus stops within easy reach, it’s a great base from which to commute downtown or to explore the city. Members enjoy spacious common areas within their apartment, including a living room and kitchen, plus the fifth-floor apartments enjoy access to a rooftop with views of the city.
