I spent 3 months in coliving in Rennes, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The welcome was warm, the places are perfectly maintained and very well equipped, and the atmosphere among housemates was really friendly. The team is always responsive and attentive, which makes the stay even more pleasant. I highly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a turnkey, comfortable, and well-located accommodation in Rennes!
Super expérience de coliving ! J’étais dans la maison Ker Anne et tout s’est très bien passé, ils gèrent tout, nous proposent des animations… Merci d’avoir mis en place ce concept et de nous proposer cette vie en communauté, c’est la solution parfaite quand on arrive à Rennes :)

I spent just under 2 years in one of the coliving spaces.
The houses are great and well-equipped, the afterworks are real moments of friendliness, and the available amenities are truly appreciated (cinema room and gym).
It has been a wonderful experience; you meet fantastic people, and I recommend it 100% 👍
I was at Ker Paul and had a very good stay. The house was brand new, extremely well-equipped, and the team is full of kindness! The roommates were very nice, and the activities organized add real value. You quickly feel at home; I recommend it!
