About Bro-Coli Coliving
Bro-coli charges all-in-one-rent, this is all-inclusive meaning that you only pay one amount for everything and do not have to worry about receiving any additional cost statements from us at the end of the year because energy and water consumption are not calculated individually.
The all-in-one-price includes basic rent for one person, all utilities (energy, heating, water), high-speed internet and you have access to all the co-living and co-working spaces within the building.
We accommodate rental terms for 6 or 12 months.

The coliving is super, I went for a viewing, everything was wonderful, the administration is great.

The coliving in Střžkov surprised me pleasantly. Everything is new, modern, and thought out in detail. Great location - just a few minutes from the metro, yet a quiet place. I appreciate the cleanliness, the pleasant atmosphere, and the comfortable amenities. I also like the whole concept of the coliving, which has a community spirit and feels fresh.
