Have you ever dreamt of a place that gives you a warm family feel and helps you stay productive? That’s basically what NomadGao is all about. NomadGao is created by digital nomads, for digital nomads. In short, we have you covered!
Our coliving areas are carefully designed keeping digital nomads in mind. From dorms to apartments, we provide a lot of options to choose from. All our coliving areas are located next to our coworking space to help you strike the balance.
Our coworking space has something for everyone! Do you want to work with razor-sharp focus? Use Zenroom. Do you want to brainstorm and connect with others? Use outdoor areas. Do you want to be in nature? Use our secret garden!
NomadGao was born out of our need to find our tribe in Goa. While we have coworking space and comfortable coliving areas, what really sets us apart is the closely-knit community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and remote workers.

My home for the last 4 weeks. I cannot recommend this place enough! The location is great within Anjuna, walking distance to several bars and restaurants. Coworking is great with high-quality chairs and strong Wi-Fi. The patio rooms are spacious, with a lovely view of the courtyard. The staff is ready for your questions day and night and can help you with anything. Go, go, go! I cannot wait to go back soon!
I had a really great stay, it is a perfect coliving and coworking space for digital nomads, in a great location in Anjuna close to the action and beaches. The staff are all very friendly and responsive to any questions. The social side is also a big plus.
I had an amazing week here. Made a bunch of great friends as we enjoyed the Goan culture and worked remotely. Couldn’t have asked for anything more!
I spent around 5 days at the coliving and overall had a really good experience!
First of all, the staff deserves a special mention — I honestly haven’t met anyone who’s that responsive. You message them on WhatsApp and they reply almost instantly, sometimes before you even finish typing. I really enjoyed chatting with them and discussing ideas on building the community.
The property itself is slightly secluded, which might work perfectly for some people looking for quiet, though maybe not for everyone. The stay was comfortable, and I ended up making some really good friends during my time there.
The rooms are great, though I personally feel the washrooms could use a bit of renovation. The Wi-Fi and coworking setup are solid, but the network inside the rooms isn’t the best — something to keep in mind if you take a lot of calls.
And lastly — the kitchen is a gem! The food is delicious, super affordable, and genuinely feels home-cooked. I had most of my meals there and never once felt the need to go out.
Overall, this coliving is an amazing place if you’re looking to work, connect, and unwind; just a few tweaks here and there would make it perfect.
I had an amazing stay at — planned for 3 days and ended up staying almost 3 weeks! The team is super welcoming, and the food is delicious and homely. The coworking space is well set up with indoor/outdoor seating and meeting rooms.
They usually host community events, and even though the community manager was away during my stay, other residents still organized meetups so it was easy to connect with people. The location is also great — everything is 10–15 mins away by scooter.
Balcony rooms are spacious with stronger Wi-Fi but no power backup, while patio rooms are quieter with power backup but slower Wi-Fi. I got 20–90 Mbps overall. A shared kitchenette or microwave to reheat takeout would make longer stays even better.
Overall, a cozy, well-run space that’s perfect for remote work and community — I’d definitely come back!

Good coliving with a good coworking space. Internet is really good (300-500 mbps) and the installations are good. They have a great community where you can find everything and make some nice activities around. Finally, they also have a restaurant with really nice food at a good price!
It was a coworking plus coliving space, and the experience was excellent. The location makes everything easily accessible - beaches, cafés, nightlife, all just a short ride away.
The staff kept checking throughout if all was good, which really shows the care they put into the place. The environment is super friendly, and you’ll always see people greeting you with a smile - it feels like a little community.
The food was absolutely top class: freshly served, with a really nice mix of Indian and Vietnamese options. Definitely one of the highlights of staying here.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always going the extra mile to make my stay smooth. The location is peaceful yet close to the beach, cafes, and nightlife. Beyond just accommodation, this coliving fosters meaningful connections. Truly the perfect balance of work, relaxation, and community.
