Which is why when we select our houses, we select them based on that all important criteria. Will it be quiet? Will it give calm and therefore comfort, a space to relax from the city within the city?
This is the brief we give everyone, from the designers to the builders and then to our residents too. Using architecture and innovative materials to build calm into the walls of the building.
Our residents take this pledge when moving in with us, living to a simple guide to cool living.
Basically, we don’t turn the house into a never ending party, because for that we have a special place called the Brasserie Surrealist. An exclusive partnership with one of the coolest places in town. Drink and party there, relax and chill at home. The perfect combination, with cheap drinks too.
