When Vivarium opened its doors in 2021, we wanted to create the community we longed for and could not find anywhere else.
A community where people passionate about change could come to connect with each other, find support for their aspirations and learn together to make a positive impact.
Today, Vivarium gathers purposeful individuals from many different backgrounds. Who, independently of their story, are eager to learn and ready to share their path with others.
We believe that a different way of living and working is possible if we do it together.

Amazing community and place to live!
Our stay at Vivarium last summer was my partner's and my first ever co-living experience, and it exceeded ALL expectations. What a wonderful community of really great people. Don’t sleep on this place!! We are currently back for our second stay, which has been, of course, as wonderful as the first stay.
Staying at Vivarium was an incredible experience! The space itself is amazing—well-designed, comfortable, and perfect for remote work.
Beyond the workspace, the social atmosphere is absolutely great! There are always activities that bring the community together, making it easy to connect with like-minded people. The neighborhood is also a huge plus—tons of great coffee shops, restaurants, and bars just around the corner. It’s only a 15-minute walk to the city center and just 5 minutes from the biggest park in the city, perfect for a midday break or an evening stroll.
A huge shoutout to the staff for making everything run smoothly; they truly make Vivarium feel like home!!!
Just book it - you won’t regret. I travel full time and this is the best coliving I’ve been to.
The community here is unmatched. The community manager facilitates family dinners, cinema nights, and skill exchange evenings. They also introduce new colivers on Slack before they arrive, which makes you feel right at home once you get there, as people expect you and know a little bit about you. The rooms are lovely, and the kitchen is well equipped to prepare your food.
Coliving is close to a big park, Lidl, gyms, Pilates studios, and lots of bars and restaurants. It’s a very walkable city. And the great weather all year long also helps.
I went first for 1 month and then later in the year booked for 2 months as I couldn’t get enough! Go, go, go!
I really enjoyed my stay here. It's nice to finally have decent air conditioning!
The place has a good balance of personal and shared spaces, and the people are friendly. I was quite busy outside of here, but it was great to see how active the residents are in organizing activities.
Everything is very clean, especially the common areas, and the staff are very communicative and kind. I would stay again!

The coliving is in a beautiful Valencian building, and the location is amazing. You have everything you need within walking distance. The working space is incredibly beautiful and offers enough meeting rooms. There are also desks in the private rooms, making working very flexible.
The community managers, Dome and Erica, obviously really like their job and bring a very positive vibe to the group. They are always there for you if you need anything.
My favorite part of the whole experience was the weekly family dinners. It was such a great opportunity to connect and share our love for food. Group dynamics worked really well too. There were always events you could join, but I never felt obliged.

I had a great experience staying here for a month. The coliving is perfect, with lots of amenities and a good sense of community. Both people and staff are wonderful. Special shoutout to the team for everything they did!

There are many great things about this coliving that I don't know where to start! I spent 1 month at this coliving and don't think I could have imagined a better place to stay.
I was personally hesitant about living with other people. This coliving has shown me that there's a way to share a space with others while not compromising comfort or tranquility. The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained with love and care. And the people who live here are super respectful, making it an enjoyable place to live in. As a bonus, I ended up finding people I truly connected with and will remain friends with for a long time!
I am extremely grateful for my experience and time at this coliving. My only regret is not booking for longer in the first place. Highly recommended!
I've done many colivings and this place was far and away one of my very favorites. The location is excellent, right in the heart of urban Valencia. The management and support are friendly and responsive. I loved how they put consistent effort into weekly community events, and the place was overall spacious and clean. I would definitely stay with this coliving again.
