Moving to a new city and transitioning can be a scary thing, this coliving place has been a blessing to me, not only did I move into a cozy beautiful home, I was among genuine people. In these past months, I’ve made great genuine friends that I can’t imagine my life without. I even got to spend Thanksgiving with people I just met but could already feel the love. I look forward to many more years of friendship. With that being said if you are looking for affordable rent, and the chance to live among hard-working, genuine people look no more!
Unlike other rooming situations where you don't really know who you’re going to be living with, the people here are pre-vetted and responsible. Common areas are clean and I actually enjoy spending time with our roommates. This coliving has been a great spot to save money and also just be connected together with young smart professionals.
I love living within this coliving community! I moved in at the beginning of the year from Texas and since then have had wonderful opportunities to meet new people thanks to Jason. My roommates are awesome and I love the house. Living with so many people worried me at first, because I assumed I wouldn’t have much of my own space or privacy; however, it isn’t that way at all. I have plenty of privacy and respect within the house I live in. I really appreciate all the fantastic memories I have made, and will continue to make, in this community!
Was the BEST housing arrangement for being new to the city! Enjoy the community feel and diversity. Due to our weekly and seasonal events I have made some genuine friendships and felt welcomed from the start! I always feel safe in my house and communication between all tenants has been key. If you're looking to meet new people, gain a sense of community, and live in a safe and fun environment, I DEFINITELY recommend!
I have been to all the homes of this coliving. What a wonderful community setting each one offers! Charlotte has captured my heart and this type of community living definitely has a strong appeal to someone coming in who knows no one in the city. Thanks for sharing your vision with us.
