My experience here has been very good, despite some difficulties with a few fellow residents. Both the administrative management and the maintenance and cleaning teams are very efficient and resolve any reported issues quickly. We had a few minor problems with the refrigerators and some repairs needed in the kitchen, but Antônio, who is in charge of maintenance, responded immediately and resolved the problem with efficiency and care.

In Valencia, this is the best place for shared apartments. We had to decide to rent without being able to visit in person since there are always people living there, but the virtual tour helped us a lot in making our decision. They are a very professional host who always listens to us. The contracts are full of very clear clauses that provide peace of mind for both parties. Personally, I think the rooms for couples are the best they have, and we are very grateful to have gotten the room we did. I would recommend this place to anyone. I've also met people from all over who are hardworking, and it's not just a place to stay; it's living with people who will now be friends for life.

Overall, I had a very good experience. The apartments are very nice, new, and well-designed. Ramón is a gem! He is very kind and attentive. He helped me with various issues at home - setting up the TV and wifi, washer problems, and many other matters.

If I had to say something about this place... Everything is a 10 and 100% recommendable! From the very first moment, the attention was human, warm, and kind. The apartment was amazing, with prompt follow-up, cleaning, and maintenance. It has been a joy to have had this experience here and I hope to repeat it!
