Some things to know if you just moved in: The $35 application fee is always non-refundable. If you moved in, the administrative fee is non-refundable. Membership dues are refundable up to 24 hours after move in date. If you've lived with us for a while: - Members who wish to schedule a move-out date in the middle of a future occupancy (for example, to move out on a Wednesday during a typical Monday-to Sunday booking) may do so if the date is requested at least 72 hours prior to the start of that final occupancy. We may prorate the final occupancy, inclusive of the move-out date (in this example, Wednesday would be included in the prorated amount, 3/7s of a normal week) - Members who wish to terminate their occupancy in the middle of an occupancy must give no less than 72 hours notice prior to the move-out date. When the room is vacant, clean, and pictures have been sent to our Member Success, a prorated portion of the week’s membership dues, inclusive of the notification period may be refunded to the member. Refunds will take at least one week to process
- After move-in day, members may not cancel their first week’s booking. - Members who believe that the quality of their room was not as advertised or up to specification, may file an appeal to our INC for a full reimbursement including their move-in fee and application fee after departing the room and providing pictures. Refunds will take at least one week to process

Useful Information
If you book more than 14 days before moving in, you may only pay a $300 Down Payment now to guarantee your stay. If it's less than 14 days, you need to pay the first month's rent.
We collect your first month's rent before you move in.
Subsequent months are due on the first day of each month.
