We are group of multicultural artists in our 20s to early 30s, social and inclusive environment.

Our flagship location is made for creative people looking for maximum human interaction and connections. A spacious 4000 sq ft property close to Disney, Universal and Warner Bros. and few blocks from the New York Film Academy. We are surrounded by street shops, various restaurants, bars and grocery stores. A bus stop conveniently located across the street! The unit has 6 bathrooms, hardwood floors and original tiles. Our rooms can accommodate 2, 4, 6 and 8 people.

Common areas are the working space with large desks and chairs, available for you to use anytime and a kitchen with all appliances like spoons, plates, pots etc. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, fridge. Food is not provided.
