Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

You will have enough privacy as you will have your own room and share the house with only one more room/person/couple. The house has a common area where you will find the kitchen with a table and 4 chairs, and the living room with 2 couches and a big TV. Besides that, each house has got its own terrace with a table and 4 chairs and shade, so you can also work outside. And there is a common area shared with the other house where you will find the swimming pool, another coworking space, and the barbeque area. This space is very big and has artificial grass next to the swimming pool, so it is perfect for morning and afternoon yoga sessions.

We have a laundry option at one coliving space which you can use.

From the airport in Jerez de la Frontera, Sevilla or Málaga you can take a bus or blablacar. From Malaga: You can take the bus from Malaga to Cádiz and exit at the Conil de la Frontera stop (Company avanzagrupo)
From there you take the bus to El Palmar (Company tgcomes)
which cost you only €1.20. Alternatively you can take a taxi or use our pick-up service for €20.-.

Another option is to take the bus from Malaga to Algeciras and from there take the bus to Cadiz and get off at Conil de la Frontera.

You can also check the blablacar app for car sharing trips that go directly to El Palmar or go to Cádiz and stop at La Barca de Vejer or better in Conil de la Frontera. you can use our pickup service (€25,-) if we need to pick you up there.

Your belongings are safe. You only share with your roommate and you can lock the house door. The gate of the complex can also be closed and there is an alarm installed. Our coliving is a very safe and peaceful place.
