Our residence is centrally and ideally located at the heart of American University, putting things you want practically outside your door. We have 3 types of rooms and the following amenities and services are included:
- Small Private room is a great option for students looking for privacy and comfort while paying less for a smaller size room. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 60" Smart TV, and a streaming device. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.
- Flex Plus is one of the budget-friendly options. It has a full-size bed, smart TV, and is separated from the rest of the suite with a smart bookcase system. It is significant to highlight that the bookcase system does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area.
- Big Private room is our signature product for luxury living. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 60" Smart TV, and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a living space.
- Shared kitchen is fully equipped.
- Access to the backyard, outdoor areas, and garden.
- Very bright and natural lighted common areas.
- Laundry rooms.

  • All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private.
  • Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
  • Our rooms are single occupancy only. We may suggest our entire apartment options (one bedroom or studio) for couples, available at limited locations.
  • We do the placements according to like-mindedness as much as we can. We will pick roomates for you, doing our best to match like minded individuals like students and young professionals.
  • You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.
  • Booking
  • For earlier check-ins (early arriving flights)

    You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready.
  • You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.
  • We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.
  • The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.
  • We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.
  • Policies
  • Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.
  • As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
  • Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
  • Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.
  • On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.
  • Amenities
  • All rooms are fully furnished and include all the utilities.
  • Laundry rooms are available.
  • Meal plans are not provided. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens with standard appliances including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There are grocery stores nearby.
  • Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
  • You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
    We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
  • Community
  • Most people are staying with us for a while. Between [3] and [12] months on average.
  • Safety
  • Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend to all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.
  • Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

  • You can take a taxi or use other transportation methods.
  • Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to [fill in bus/train/subway stations/stops]
