Property - We're located not just along the Allegheny River, but in the middle of Pittsburgh's vibrant Strip District neighborhood.
We have a secure entrance to the building as well as a secured, fobbed entrance to each co-living neighborhood.
Available to all residents is a gym, co-working space, top-floor club room and outdoor deck with sweeping views of downtown Pittsburgh and the river.

Neighborhood - The Strip District is one of Pittsburgh's oldest neighborhoods, once home to the railyard and truckyards that delivered the produce and other goods to the city for distribution. While some standbys remain, such as Sunseri Bros, Stamoolis, and Wholey's Fish Market, they are joined by bars and restaurants like Bar Marco, Osteria, Roland's, Harp & Fiddle, and the PA Market.

Also just a block away is the Terminal Building. The multi-block long produce terminal has been transformed into a mix of fitness, restaurants, and stores - including golf!

The Strip District's former truckyards have also undergone a transformation into a hub of innovation in robotics and artificial intelligence with top companies in the world calling the neighborhood home. Beyond robotics and AI, you'll also find companies like GNC, Oshkosh, and Smith+Nephew calling the Strip home, adding to the multitude of companies just blocks away.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

The building is fob-controlled, there is 24/7 camera surveillance, and during the day we have a front desk concierge.

Very much so! The Strip District is one of the most safe neighborhoods in Pittsburgh.

Are there any good restaurants nearby?

The Strip District is one of Pittsburgh's culinary hot spots. From higher-end offerings at Bar Marco and DiAnoias, to food trucks (check out Lucy's Bahn Mi!) you won't be looking for food for long.
What public transportation is available?

Pittsburgh Regional Transit's 86, 87, 88, and 91 all have stops 2 blocks away on either Penn or Liberty ave.
What is there to do in the area?

Shop, eat, and play. The Strip District is a historic produce and market district, and much of that still exists, however with destinations like arcade games at Coop Deville, simulator golf at OnPar, or one of TWO indoor mini golf locations, your options are endless.
