The apartments and studios are fully furnished, with kitchens, balconies, dining area, TV and free Wi-Fi access. The common areas consist of a garden, jacuzzi, and two outdoor swimming pools, one of them for children. Free parking is available on site. With a natural landscape, Almancil is covered by the western part of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, a site of high botanical value and a natural habitat for rare ornithological species. The coastal area of about 12 km, where the famous beaches of Ancão, Quinta do Lago, Garrão and Vale do Lobo are located, is also one of the attractions of this locality.

Our coliving is situated near the long and beautiful beaches of the Algarve and the best golf courses in Europe, 4km from the Almancil train station, 25 minutes drive from Zoomarine Park and 5km from Aquashow Park. Ferrarias is a small village situated in the municipality of São Brás de Alportel. While it may not be as widely known as some of the more touristy destinations in the Algarve, it has its own unique characteristics and charm. Here are some general features of Ferrarias:
