Roma Sur Monterrey

Located in Colonia Roma Sur, a neighborhood with a very particular identity and a thriving life full of cafes, parks, restaurants and bars. This is a traditional area from the 50's - 60's, neighboring Tec de Monterrey and surrounded by the hills of Cerro de la Silla and the Mitras Reserve. The building has privileged views of these hills.

    - Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
    - If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
    - Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

  • Of course, your door is always locked every time you leave or enter your room, the only way to open it is with your tag or your digital key.
  • We have contracted a 24/7 video surveillance service

  • You have the "amores" metrobus station. This costs 6 Mexican pesos regardless of the distance you travel. You also have access to the ecobicis network that charges you for time of use. And through the metrobus you can also connect with the city metro which takes you to any point in the city for a cost of 5 Mexican pesos.
