If you book more than 14 days before moving in, you may only pay a $300 Down Payment now to guarantee your stay. If it's less than 14 days, you need to pay the first month's rent.

2. How do I make payments and when is rent due?

We collect your first month's rent before you move in.
Subsequent months are due on the first day of each month.

3. Can I tour the place?

My experience in this coliving has been amazing! a space full of colors of creativity, where I can share, create and grow with people from various parts of the world. The coffee bar offer is very good and the studios are very comfortable and clean. There is no better place to live for a few months than this coliving, I recommend them 100% for digital nomads, artists and creatives in general.

How sad to see that such an innovative, beautiful and creative place is overshadowed by a person, the places are made by the people who work there and they become the face of the brand before the clients, I have no complaints about the place but about the person who served us at the bar, Anderson, what a pedantic, rude and unhelpful guy, terrible that they hire that kind of people that all it does is that customers get a bad experience in a place as cool as that.
