Will I have privacy?Your privacy is important to us. Let us know if you want to join our WhatsApp group. Having your own private studio gives you the opportunity to enjoy your own kitchen and bathroom.

Are pets allowed?We love animals! Please keep in mind that your pet should be always with you. Cleaning and keeping common areas good are mandatory. Pets are allowed following the species policy approved by the law.

Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?Couples are allowed. Please remember that an additional person will be charged to your bill after the 8 nights free that you have for each 30-night period.

Are there separate work areas in the coliving space?We have a coworking space with 5 ergonomic seats. Also, different spots with wifi, chair, tables, and plugs to charge your mobile devices.
