You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private.

Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.

Our rooms are single occupancy only. We may suggest our entire apartment options (one bedroom or studio) for couples, available at limited locations.

We do the placements according to like-mindedness as much as we can. We will pick roomates for you, doing our best to match like minded individuals like students and young professionals.

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

For earlier check-ins (early arriving flights)

You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready.

You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.

We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.

The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.

Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.

Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

All rooms are fully furnished and include all the utilities.

Laundry rooms are available.

Meal plans are not provided. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens with standard appliances including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There are grocery stores nearby.

Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.

You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.

Most people are staying with us for a while. Between [3] and [12] months on average.

Even though we have been lucky that nothing has gone missing, we recommend to all our members to keep their valuable belongings in their rooms.

Our coliving home is in a perfectly safe neighborhood where you can walk by yourself in the evening without any problem.

You can take a taxi or use other transportation methods.

Even though our location is good if you'd like to walk or bike, it's a short distance to [fill in bus/train/subway stations/stops]

With just a few minute's walk, you have a selection of good and cheap restaurants.
