Booking rules
Financial Requirements: A Security Deposit equivalent to 1 month's rent is required upon booking. Residents must also pay an Entry/Onboarding Administrative rate of €500 (VAT included) and an Exit/Check-out Administrative rate of €150 (VAT included).
Utilities and Bills: Utilities are included in the price, subject to a fixed cap of €50 per room per month.
Cleaning Services: Cleaning of common areas is included weekly. Private room cleaning is optional and available for €50 per month.
An additional cost applies for couples; this must be indicated during the application process. Optional rates include a Renewal Fee of €30 per contract and a Flexibility Fee (Flex Fee) of €75 per month.
Cancellation Policy: Strict

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
