Our property is a restored historic building with over 100+ years of history, being a nomad's inn for locals traveling from the surrounding villages to Limassol (city). Inspired by our history itself and world travel, it has been restored and come full-circle into a co-living space, an inn for slow travelers, and a short-term home for digital nomads. A home for work and for joy. The property has kept its historic charm. It consists of 8 cozy ensuite bedrooms, a large open plan fully equipped kitchen workstations, a large communal area for our common dining, relaxing, and a work-friendly area. There's also a fire place! The property has a mini common honest bar, a large outdoor space with a hammock or two, plenty of fruit trees, and soon a veggie organic garden. It's a large space, travellers and co-livers can hide in their own corner for a moment of introspection or if they fancy be part of communal social activities that happen regularly. A multicultural group of digital nomads, remote workers, slow city newcomers, and young professionals have made our property their home in the past couple of months. We value creating a space for people to co-create their experience/calendar of activities, excursions, workshops, family-style dinners, conversations, game nights, camping trips. Our typical member is one that wants to experience co-living in a historic building, close to nature, have access to community activities but also unplug if needed.

We are located in Paramytha village in Limassol, Cyprus. It's just 12km from Limassol town center and 35km from the beautiful Troodos mountains. Nearby you can explore Cyprus nature and some village/countryside life. It's ideal for the slow traveler, the digital nomad who wants to experience both worlds, a bit of nature/village life, and easy access to the town center. Our spot itself, it is situated just outside of Paramytha village. Around the area, there are several charming villages. Once you arrive at it, you'll receive a community calendar with all upcoming month-to-month day trips, weekend excursions, local travel experiences, and adventures.
