A Coliving and Coworking environment to find resonance through communal exploration and your authentic flow in a broad field of opportunities: community, deep communication, trust, free eros, co-working, creativity & art, self-responsibility, paradise environment, permaculture, Andalusian village life,...

We invite you to share our extraordinary environment and to experience individual transformation and cultural co-creation. Coworking spaces combined with a flexible daily flow provide a supportive environment for personal or communal projects. Our coliving community is nestled in our friendly Andalusian village, with the opportunity to extend our life and activities organically to our nearby Ecovillage Laboratory—an artistic paradise where we also host guests and events.

Our paradise valley invites exploration, celebration, learning, and sanctuary. Here we enjoy treehouses, cave spaces, the 'Spa' glass temple with a hot tub, the 'Moon temple' as a sacred space for feminine empowerment and healing, the medicine wheel, a natural pool, and much more. The valley is a place of inherent magic, offered to us by Mother Earth, and cultivated over more than two decades of life’s sensations, emotions, learning, and transformative journeys, all celebrated in an organic flow of communal exploration.

But if you love feeling the elements with open senses, creating with your own hands using nature, and exploring real life grounded in Mother Earth's resources—without forgoing comfort and high-speed internet—then this is the place for you.

Community

Welcome Artists of Change, Sensual Alchemists, Resonance Magicians, Nomadic Dream Weavers, Dancers of Transformation, Visionaries of the New.

Let us cultivate a vibrant, interconnected community space founded on trust, embracing our authentic selves. Over 24-year project history, we've provided a human laboratory within a natural, ecological, and artistic environment, exploring what truly matters for individuals to embrace trust, openness, authenticity, and fulfillment. Our key elements:

AGREEMENT FIELD
Our agreements serve as the foundation for establishing a community space rooted in a unique cultural codex. The core values include:
Self-Responsibility: Taking full responsibility for one's own experience, emotions, needs, challenges, boundaries.
Authentic Self-Expression: In a judgment-free, sex-positive environment.
Conscious Communication: Committing to non-violence, honesty, and deep sharing.
Confidenciality: 'What happens in Vegas, stays in Vegas'.

COMMON NUTRITION
Shared meals and collective food supply are central to fostering community, with participation encouraged but not expected. Food is available in three different kitchens, so you can freely prepare meals throughout our common environment. Our goal is to provide at least one prepared meal daily for everyone, with no expectation to join the cooking.

INCLUSITIVITY
We offer a flexible fee structure to ensure that money is not the primary factor in bringing the right people together, without it determining privileges. Choose a payment that suits your financial situation and join a community where we share equally.

FLOW and AUTHENTICITY
Joining our community offers a genuine experience. We are careful not to overplan group dynamics or predict attendance, prioritizing space for change and the unpredictable, ensuring authenticity and honoring the magic of unplanned moments that arise from the shared resonance and creativity of authentic souls.

ACTIVITIES
We host unique activities. Cocreation and spontaneity are key.
- full moon ecstatic dancing.
- new moon hot tubs.
- medicine wheel circles.
- world music parties.
- hot tub, temple- and massage- nights.
- movie nights.
- educational tours presenting our permaculture, art and ecotec environment.
- common nature-building projects or art/craft action.
- excusions to beaches, mountains or cities.
- optional intensive workshops.

SHARING CIRCLES: While most activities and group dynamics are voluntary, our sharing circles, held 1 to 3 times weekly, are mandatory for all community members.

Neighborhood

Our community thrives in a diverse and accessible environment, offering distinct spaces for every member to explore and enjoy.

Your room or pod will be situated in our artistic culture hub, designed with integrative architecture to foster a sense of togetherness. This thoughtfully crafted space encourages collaboration, where, as a community, we oscillate between vibrant moments, focused work, and tranquility. It is also home to our coworking spaces, available for your use.

In front of our hub, you'll find our charming village bar, where our exceptionally friendly neighbors gather daily, welcoming you with a smile and open arms. Our fast Wi-Fi extends to their terrace, making it a nice spot for computer work. This is also where our community often ends the day, enjoying local organic wine and delicious tapas. It reflects the Andalusian way of life, which is lively in the early mornings and late afternoons into the night, while during siesta, the entire village is enveloped in peaceful silence. At our hub, we strive to tune in with this rhythm.

Our paradise valley, nestled in a lush nearby landscape, serves as both a laboratory for experimenting with natural ecovillage living and vibrant human dynamics, and a sanctuary for reconnecting with nature and oneself. Online work is not permitted here, fostering a commitment to full presence, embracing inner truths, and offering a retreat from the busyness of projects and social intensity.

The simultaneous availability of these distinct areas between the vibrant little village and our natural haven not only encourages individuals to separate work and retreat time but also facilitates the unfolding of two community dynamics. One is centered on collaboration and outreach, while the other embodies the natural flow of togetherness in the paradisiac surroundings and sensual contact with the elements. As a community, both individually and collectively, we embark on a journey of learning to oscillate between these two spaces, discovering the perfect resonance in our multifaceted interactions.

The distance between the two locations is precisely 1000 meters, making for a pleasant 10 to 15-minute stroll or a quick 5-minute bicycle ride. It's just enough to disconnect from the screen and workload, arriving with open senses and spirit for more subtle vibes.

Not to forget that we are situated in an area of outstanding natural beauty. Many hiking trails are available, leading up into the mountains where, on a clear day, you can see Africa, or into lush hidden valleys. Additionally, several beautiful white mountain villages are just a hike away. A 45-minute car ride will take you to a stunning nudist beach.

Our village is in a remote location, surrounded by pure nature, with limited public transport options. However, for those who cherish a simple, connected village life, it can feel like we are at the center of the world.

  • Top Questions
  • If you wish to share a space with a partner, we offer the option for one of you to join at the small budget rate, even if your financial situation would normally place you above this level. Additionally, one can book a space and later invite a partner under guest conditions (16 to 32€ per day, all-inclusive, with exclusive access to our paradise valley).

However, as our main offering focuses on fully enjoying the entire environment—including the freedom for each of you to sleep separately in any of the paradise spaces—we do not provide a shared price for couples.
  • We carefull select people for being in tune with the viba and the focus of our project. Also each has to enter our agreements field. So you can be sure they are commit to
    - Self-responsibility: Taking full responsibility for the nature of one's own experience.
    - Allowing and supporting authentic self-realization in an environment free from judgment while embracing optional clothing and sex-positivity, without expectations.
    - Conscious Communication: Committing to non-violence, honesty, and deep sharing.
    - Consciousness and care in living with the Earth, spiritual freedom, and respectful integration with our neighbors.

Many of the participants did previously related trainings or are in touch with likeminded tribes:
    - Tamera: Healing biotope
    - GEN: Global Ecovillage Network
    - ISTA: International school of temple arts
    - Touch and Play
    - Tantra
    - Conscious kink
    - Burning man
    - Radical fearies
  • Yes, you will have your own private space, whether it's a room or a pod, while also enjoying the freedom to move into our paradise spaces whenever you feel like it. Additionally, our paradise valley is filled with hidden corners, making it easy to find solitude in nature, where you’re free to create your own little sanctuary. Women also have the opportunity to retreat to the Moon Temple, a sacred space for women, ideal for some magical alone time in an earth temple.
  • Booking
  • To bring together individuals who can commit to our cultural codex, we’d like to understand your level of openness, understanding, and previous experience with its central aspects, such as:

    - Conscious communication based on transparency and non-violence, with the ability to speak about your emotions, challenges, and sexuality.
    - Taking responsibility for your own experiences, needs, emotions, and challenges
    - Comfort with nudity
    - Sex-positivity, with a non-judgmental approach towards polyamory, LGBTQ+, or kink, and maintaining sovereignty over your own boundaries and authenticity while allowing others step into full authenticity.
If any of these terms are unfamiliar, we encourage you to look them up. :-)

To explore this, we may ask questions that feel personal or intimate. However, if you’ve had previous training or experiences, it’s usually easy to determine that you are well-prepared and a good fit. For example:

    - Tamera community course
    - ISTA training
    - Workshops related to NVC (Non-Violent Communication), radical honesty, wheel of consent
    - Workshops on tantra, conscious kink, etc.
    - Visiting like-minded projects such as Tamera, ZEGG, Lolia Place, or Inanitah
If any of these apply to you, please let us know straight away.

If most of this is new to you, it might take more time and attention to assess if you’re a good fit, but if you feel a strong calling, don’t hesitate to explore further.
  • Yes, you can stay in our paradise valley before or after your stay. However, we may not allow arrivals just a few days before the official move-in, as we aim to combine arrivals for a smoother introduction and to maintain stability and intimacy in the group dynamic. Just ask.
  • Yes, it depends on availability. However, if you shorten your stay, we may not be able to refund all payments.
  • Policies
  • Yes, you can receive and host visitors in our paradise valley, provided they align with the focus of our community and fully commit to our agreement field. Once this is established, you can host them for any duration while covering a daily fee of 16 to 32€ all-inclusive. You may share a space or bed with them in the valley, or they can enjoy their own space, but they cannot enter the private areas of the coliving house where your room or pod is located. This is important to us for protecting the field of trust we are building there.
For short visits, you can also meet them at the village bar, right in front of our hub.
  • No, kids are not allowed.
  • Sure, as long as there is availability, you are welcome to switch spaces. All rooms or pods are priced the same, so there are no economic concerns in doing so. In addition to your personal room or pod, which you reserve long-term, you're free to explore various living spaces in the valley, such as treehouses, clay houses, caravans, caves, or outdoor beds. These spaces cannot be reserved in advance, as we prioritize flexibility, allowing members to enjoy them as they feel inspired. However, those who have reserved a pod in the hub have priority in accessing the paradise spaces.

This approach fosters an easygoing atmosphere for spontaneous arrangements—whether sharing a space or bed for the night, or having daytime sessions of massage or lovemaking in one of our magical spots. It's also important to note that occasional nightly celebrations are welcome, whether in the hub or paradise valley. If anyone feels disturbed, they always have the freedom to switch sleeping spaces spontaneously.
  • No, smoking is not allowed in the coliving house, including on some of the balconies, as the airflow typically carries smoke inside. In the paradise valley, we have designated smoking areas, as the natural airflow tends to keep smoke lingering around the main communal spaces.
  • Yes, no problem. Deliveries arrive daily. Amazon orders placed before midnight sometimes even arrive by late morning. We’re still amazed at how they manage to do this in our remote location.
  • Typically, quiet hours align with the Spanish siesta, especially sacred in summer from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., and until 5 p.m. in winter. At night, quiet hours usually run from midnight to 9 a.m., and in the valley, they often extend until 10 a.m. Exceptions are welcome, ideally occurring in resonance and harmony with everyone. The current community is encouraged to establish alternative arrangements by consensus.

Please note that Spain operates on a 'political' time, which is one hour ahead of its geographical time. This means that when the official time is 9 am, the natural geographical time would actually be 8 am.
  • While alcohol is usually not present in the paradise valley and is only permitted as an exception, it is habitually consumed in the village and our hub, where we still do not allow excessive consumption. In the hub, we offer local organic wine and 'Alhambra' beer, encouraging everyone to drink moderately. If alcohol consumption becomes disruptive or creates disconnection within the group, this is typically addressed in our sharing circles. Without judgment, we work together to find a way to bring everyone’s habits into harmony and connection.
  • Amenities
  • There is a mandatory daily fee of 14€ that covers food supplies, meal preparation, and resources for our common activities (such as firewood, art materials, etc.). This fee might be reduced or waived if you actively participate in community tasks and responsibilities like cooking, cleaning, or gardening beyond a moderate level of involvement, or if you are absent for a few days. With this fee paid, everything you need to live here and eat is covered, so you won’t need to go anywhere for shopping. You might only want to spend extra on drinks, tapas, or specialty foods that are not part of the basic supply. Besides our regular events like hot tub or full moon party weekends and whirlpool nights, you may also want to take advantage of additional events like workshops or training sessions, for which, as a community member, you enjoy reduced fees.
  • We offer a 24/7 all-you-can-eat basic food supply available in all our community kitchens. While community cooking is a key aspect of our experience, participation in meal preparation is not mandatory, and you are also free to prepare your own snacks or meals whenever you like. Additionally, we keep leftovers in small portions for your convenience, making it easy to enjoy a quick meal at any time.

  • Laundry service is available for €2 per kilo, with pickup and delivery to our house neatly folded by a nearby service provider. You can also wash by hand in our valley, but only with biodegradable soap. We hope to have our bicycle-powered washing machine back in operation soon.
  • Yes, you can arrange individual airport pickups at the following rates: €160 from Malaga and €120 from Almeria or Granada. On official arrival days, there is also a shared transport option from Malaga airport for €80.
  • Typically, we have community members who are willing to do some cleaning in exchange for covering their daily fee or a meal at a restaurant. However, this would be a personal arrangement between you and the member, and we are happy to help facilitate it.
  • Yes, in the hub we have one kitchen especially dedicated to individual food preparation and storage. However, you are also welcome to cook individually in any of the kitchens, as long as it doesn’t interfere with the common meal preparation.
  • We appreciate it if you leave your room relatively clean. However, we will take care of the major cleaning before the next guest arrives. When you additionally use spaces in our Paradise Valley, such as treehouses, clay huts, caravans, etc., we expect you to contribute to the cleaning. In this natural setting, we share tasks in a spirit of community.
  • During your stay, please store your belongings in your room or the provided cupboards. We also offer long-term storage for a fee if you'd like to leave items for your return or future visits.
  • In our coliving houses, communal areas are cleaned frequently. In our Paradise Valley, all tasks, including cleaning, are shared fairly among those who enjoy the environment, but participation is entirely up to you.
  • Yes. You are welcome to change furniture to make the room feel really yours.
  • Yes.
  • The culture hub, with its integrative architecture spread across three floors, is shared by all. It features a top-floor lounge connected to a rooftop terrace, giant hammocks in the open patio, and a whirlpool. On the ground floor, you'll find the main community kitchen and dining room, which also serve as spaces for gatherings, game nights, and more.

The entire paradise valley, spanning several hectares, is also shared space. It includes a semi-open community kitchen, outdoor swinging beds and hammocks, a natural pool, a glass spa house with a hot tub, and the sacred spaces of the Moon Temple (women only) and the Medicine Wheel. The valley is filled with lush corners and shady spots along the stream.

The organic permaculture garden areas are shared as well, and you’re welcome to participate in community activities or even start your own small garden project if you plan to stay long enough.

Additionally, our local village is also offering to share spaces with us, so we are welcome to use the 500 m² community hall, right in front of our hub, if we feel the impulse to bring it to life. In doing so, it should also serve as an invitation to our neighbors.
  • Community
  • We cannot say this definitively, as we value the authenticity of gathering the right people and navigating change. The core community can have a maximum of 12 people, although sometimes there are just 5 of us. A group of between 7 and 12 feels the most ideal to us for building a vibrant community that simultaneously fosters deep connection and trust.
Besides the core community, there can always be additional participants and guests in our paradise valley, where, especially during the full or new moon, the group size can grow—sometimes celebrating with up to 30 people.
If you prefer a larger group, feel free to spread the word to attract the right people. You can also invite your friends and host them temporarily. If you enjoy small groups or solitude, you will easily find alonetime in the many hidden, cozy spots throughout our valley.
  • Typically, there are people from all continents coming together, with people from all over Europe being the majority. As the focus of our community is so unique, many of our guests come from far away, drawn by a specific interest to be part of it.
  • We, your hosts, Wambui and Achim, mostly live alongside you as equal members of the community, mingling in our shared activities and engaging in deep, meaningful interactions. While we are here to attend to your needs—much like other long-term community members—we also strive to balance our roles with staying true to our authenticity, finding our flow, and resonating with you.
  • Safety
  • The neighborhood is exceptionally safe. We ourselves leave our car unlocked on the public street many times.
  • Yes, each of the rooms offered here has a keylock.
  • Nearby
  • We have a friendly bar in our little village where they serve nice tapas and a few tasty dishes at exceptional prices. Additionally, there are a variety of good and affordable Spanish restaurants in the neighboring towns, each about a 1-hour hike away. Often, we go together by car, which takes about 10 minutes. Spanish dishes start at €7, and a complete 3-course menu, including a drink, is typically €13.
  • We have one bus and an affordable collective taxi departing from our village towards Granada and the western villages, both in the early morning. The taxi returns around noon, while the bus comes back at 6 p.m.

In the neighboring towns of Cádiar and Ugíjar, there are three buses daily to Granada or Almería. A taxi can take you to the bus stop for around 10 to 15€. Additionally, several friends offer private transport at approximately 1€ per kilometer.
  • The nearest airports are Granada and Almería, both approximately 120 km away. However, Málaga is often the most convenient option, located 160 km from us. To reach us from Málaga airport, you’ll need to take a bus first to Granada, then to Yátor or Cádiar (check www.alsa.es). Private transport is available for 160€ at any time, or 80€ on official arrival days. Málaga airport also offers very affordable car rentals, with offseason prices starting at just a few euros per day.
  • - Hicking or cycling to the high mountains, along lush rivers and ancient water channels or to white andalusian mountain villages.
