Living in a super luxurious highrise building makes things when you are just making your first move to a new city. Our Downtown Manhattan property is one of the most luxurious Manhattan highrises located right on historic Wall Street. This residence offers more than you can imagine and will upgrade your lifestyle once you step in. Find comfort in a super luxury apartment with a gym, rooftop terrace, games room, and so on.
We offer different types of rooms:
1. The Flex Plus is separated from the rest of the suite with a temporary partition wall. It is significant to highlight that the partition wall does not fully insulate the area and there is a little gap at the top of the partition area. It is, however, a private area and is not open to anyone else. Flex Plus, on the other hand, is quite on demand for a couple of reasons. Analyzed on a price & performance analysis, it is a very efficient option and costs less than 15% of a deluxe room. It gets the natural sunshine to a maximum extent, more extensively than other rooms and generally has the best view.
2. The Deluxe Room is our signature product for luxury living. It provides premium privacy and comfort. It is spacious enough to have a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. This room does not have any drawbacks and has everything you would need in a luxury living experience. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.
3. The Master Ensuite room is our most spacious and luxurious bedroom type. It comes with a private/ensuite bathroom for the exclusive use of the occupant. It has a full-size bed, study desk, nightstand, 65" Smart TV and a streaming device. Perfect fit for students looking for ultimate privacy and comfort. The private bathroom inside the room gives the feeling of living in a studio. Big windows allow an abundance of natural light to enter the room.

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
Do I need to sign a contract/lease?

It’s enough that you accept our Renters Terms.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?

The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs.
What if the place is not as advertised?

You have 24hrs to let us know if everything is okay. If you think you’ve been missold to, or the listing was significantly different to what you got, we’ll help you find somewhere else to live, or refund your money.

You may cancel with no fees until you have paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the Cancellation Policy needs to be followed.

Will I have privacy?

All guests have a bedroom within the home for more privacy. Guests are to share the furnished common areas respectfully. Each room is suitable for single occupancy and private.
Are pets allowed?

Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
Are couples allowed? Can I split the rent with a friend?

Our rooms are single occupancy only. We may suggest our entire apartment options (one bedroom or studio) for couples, available at limited locations.
Who are my roommates?

We do the placements according to like-mindedness as much as we can. We will pick roomates for you, doing our best to match like minded individuals like students and young professionals.
Is there a designated space for work?

You have plenty of flexible workspace options to suit your mood and your requirements for the day.

Can I check-in early? Late?

For earlier check-ins (early arriving flights)

You can call / message the coordinator via WhatsApp and let them know your arrival time. You will be able to leave your luggage in the common area of the apartment and return later once your room is ready.
Can I extend or shorten my stay?

You need to provide a written request to extend your stay, preferably with a 30-day notice. Extensions are based on availability and we do our best to accommodate our guests.
Is there a Credit Score required?

We ask for ID proof of guarantor for the verification process but we do not require any credit scores from international applicants and students.
When/how will you refund my security deposit?

The deposit will be returned within 21 business days after the rooming agreement term stays, provided that the contractual obligations have been met and mandatory cleaning and depreciation fees deducted.
What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?

We look for open-minded, considerate individuals who are looking for an opportunity to share a beautiful home with other exciting people.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?

Smoking of any kind; is not permitted in the residence buildings, by residents and their guests.
Are kids allowed?

As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.
Are service and emotional support animals allowed?

Even though we love pets, a co-living environment does not allow us to be pet friendly. Our current or future guests might be allergic to pets.
Is it permissible to have visitors during the day/night?

Due to the unique living environment at our premises, constant overnight guests are not allowed. You are able to have friends and family visit you. However, overnight guests overpopulate the apartment and are not permitted.
What are the quiet hours?

On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am, and 12 am to 9 am on weekends. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

Meal plans are not provided. Our apartments have fully furnished kitchens with standard appliances including pots, pans, dishes, and cutlery. There are grocery stores nearby.

Prior to moving in, your room is cleaned and you are provided with fresh linens. It is up to all roommates to keep their rooms and common areas clean.
Is there a kitchen where I can cook my own food?

You have access to a kitchen that you can use anytime you want to prepare your food.
We ask that you clean up any mess you make during and after food preparation.
