We provide end-to-end co-living services to tech startups, entrepreneurs, digital nomads, freelancers, remote workers, professionals, students, and anyone looking to move to a new city and meet new people.
Our goal is to make it super easy to move to NYC and its area, and to provide interesting and convenient places for affordable prices. More importantly, we created a community that offers both general and professional networking, which personally benefits all members.Our house is located in the historic Journal Square area of Jersey City, New Jersey, and consists of six apartments spread across three houses, with two floors each. With easy access to public transportation, it’s the perfect base from which to commute to Lower and Midtown Manhattan.
This newly renovated space features hardwood floors, updated appliances and exposed brick. The kitchen and common areas are spacious and welcoming, with skylights in some apartments and entertainment like air hockey and ping pong on the lower levels. The best part? It’s all furnished with everything you’ll need for work and play, whether you’re meal prepping or hosting a movie night.
This space is move-in ready; everything is included in our flat fee: utilities, wifi, fully equipped kitchen, and much more. It’s only a short commute into New York City on public transportation and is an easy commute to downtown Jersey City and Hoboken.
The house is a 10-minute walk from the Journal Square Transportation Center Path Plaza, where you can catch the Journal Square-33rd Street train into Midtown Manhattan, or the Newark-World Trade Center train into Lower Manhattan. Multiple bus lines also serve the neighborhood.
You can be in the Financial District in less than 30 minutes and to Times Square, Rockefeller Plaza or Downtown Brooklyn in 50 minutes.
