Our space is designed to provide a balance of privacy and social interaction for each resident. Our space features private rooms for each resident, with common areas available for shared use, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, 4 bathrooms, balconies, and outside terrace.
In addition to the communal spaces, our residents have 24/7 access to a 10-seat coworking space, providing the perfect environment for productivity, collaboration, and networking. For those in need of a break or a change of scenery,.
We also have under the same roof a laptop-friendly coffee shop that offers a wide range of craft and local products.

We are community-oriented, and as a resident, you will be able to join a lot of cool events: community dinners, board game nights, movie projections, nights out, cultural events, sports, and group activities of all kinds.
Being in a capital, we try to find the balance between enjoying the space and exploring the city and its hidden gems.
We are also hosting the same roof a cafe and event space, perfect place for casual working and socializing inside or by our lovely summer terrace.
We are passionate about good products, and you’ll find at the cafe mostly local and craft drinks and bites. We are serving specialty coffee from one of Bucharest’s best coffee roasters (indeed, Bucharest has a huge coffee scene!).
We are also hosting a small artisans shop with objects made by local makers: leather wallets, T-shirts, jewelry, etc.

Our house is located in Bucharest’s city center, but still away from the agitation of the old town, in a really charming residential district where you will find everything that you need: parks, bars, restaurants, and shops.
The house is located 15' walk from Unirii Square, 10' walk from the parliament, and 20' walk from the old town, in a quiet and safe area with a lot of parks and green areas, restaurants, and coffee shops.

Are the private bedrooms cleaned frequently?We do have cleaning services several times a week in the Coliving.
The private bedrooms are cleaned, and the bedsheets are changed twice a month. -
What are the laundry options?We have free laundry on site. You just need to buy your own detergent.

How many people will be living here during my stay?We have a total of 12 rooms (only private rooms), and some of them can also accommodate couples.
At full capacity, we can host up to 16 people, but most of the time we have between 9 and 12 guests. -
