This property is located in an extremely popular and safe area of the city. It is away from the main road but in the center of the vibrant Caribbean life. Here you can enjoy the authentic Caribbean style and be accompanied by Caribbean music. The coliving is equipped with a bunk bed/single bed and a double bed. We can comfortably accommodate 3 to 4 guests, depending on your sleeping arrangements. The fully equipped kitchen has a dining table. In the bathroom, you will find a refreshing shower with hot water. A workspace with a desk and ergonomic chair is available. There is also a washing machine and a rooftop with chairs and tables. Stay connected with fast STARLINK internet with a separate connection in each apartment.
The Residence is located between the alleyway between the town hall and Ilustra (Infos Diario). Upon entering, the first black gate on the left side will take you to the patio of the residence. The Residence is a three-story building with 9 apartments. The washing machine and common area are located on the roof. You have to pay for the air conditioning consumption separately from the rent.
