The breakfast is a bit meager.
Especially when considering the price-performance ratio.
We booked an apartment with a separate bedroom for one night and three people (160€) due to its proximity to the train station. However, the room was only set up for two people, meaning there were only two pillows, one large blanket, and two towel sets. The sofa bed in the "living room" was mentioned on the phone but was not prepared for an overnight stay upon arrival, and there was no equipment in the apartment to set it up for the night (by the way: the mattress of the sofa bed was not particularly inviting, as it was quite dirty). For the one night, we left it as is since we noticed it just before going to bed.
The rooms were modern and mostly attractively furnished and clean.
The bathroom had a bit of a musty smell, which is probably due to the old building structure.
A plus point: The small kitchen with basic amenities and the proximity to a large shopping center allowed us to have a quick dinner. The lounge on the top floor was also very cozy and equipped with many game options. Check-in and check-out worked well without staff, but for smaller issues, we were glad that there was still a staffed reception in the lounge upstairs.
A downside: We were actually told over the phone that breakfast was included. Not only was that unfortunately not the case, but the additional breakfast charge of 18.50€ was also, in my opinion, significantly too expensive for the offered standard hotel breakfast. Expectations were quite disappointed by the price and advertising both on the website and in the house on posters. The large breakfast room is really nice, and it could actually be enjoyed very much. Perhaps a few simple a la carte offers in addition to the standard would be helpful.
Conclusion: For a stopover on the way, we would definitely book there again, but probably without breakfast...
Very clean, good amenities, and very friendly staff.
We were allowed to check out 2 hours later without extra charge. Absolute recommendation
I had an incredible experience staying here. The atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, making it easy to connect with others. The shared spaces were well-designed, promoting both relaxation and productivity. I appreciated the sense of community and support from everyone involved. The amenities provided, like the kitchen and lounge areas, were great for socializing and unwinding after a busy day. Overall, this coliving space exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and engaging place to stay.
the room wasn't really clean, and I found the breakfast to be overpriced; there's a better option at the store around the corner. other than that, it was functional and acceptable.
I noticed that some improvements are needed. Although they are minor, they seem to accumulate over time.
The coliving is easily accessible by public transport, and the paternoster elevator is an absolute highlight!
Our concerns were addressed as quickly as possible in the coliving!
The price-performance ratio is absolutely fine!
the room and everything else is fine, except the bathroom. it has a strange smell that makes me hesitant to shower. aside from that, the location is perfect, the staff are friendly, and there’s self-check-out, a nintendo switch, and board games in the sky lounge. despite the bathroom issue, I would consider returning, especially because of those other benefits. one of the coolest things I experienced was the elevator, which was really unique.
the space was clean, and the location right by the subway station is very convenient yet surprisingly quiet. the staff was very friendly. however, the room service was not satisfactory; we didn't receive fresh towels even once, and there was little cleaning done. we were quite disappointed with our room, as it was smaller than the size we booked, very dark and stuffy, located partly in the basement, and lacking in design. the french bed was about 1.20 meters wide, which felt very cramped for two people. our stay was okay, but unfortunately, we would not return.
I had a great experience in my room here. The check-in was easy, and the location is fantastic, just 30 meters from the s bahn station. I would recommend avoiding late-night arrivals, as the path from the station can feel a bit sketchy. Overall, a solid stay!
