It was a great place to stay and it was really welcoming. It has a nice coliving vibe where there is a shared living space. The rooms were clean and neat. FYI, it can get a bit noisy on the street, so if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind; it didn't affect us, though.
Very nice! Everything was clean and nice!
It was perfect for my short stay. Easily accessible by train, plenty of food and vending machines around, a park nearby, the guests were quiet, and it was very clean. I was a solo traveler, so the size of everything was perfectly fine for me. I’d stay here again. You can book directly through their website and see what they offer.
Coliving is located very close to the train station / bus stop, easy access to Shinjuku and Shibuya.
They have everything you’ll need, very clean and quiet. Highly recommended.
I had an amazing experience at this coliving space. The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The atmosphere was friendly, and I felt at home right away. I appreciated the communal areas, which encouraged interactions with other residents. Overall, a fantastic stay!
The room and service were lovely, the owners were very accommodating throughout our stay.
Good value for what you get, “top rated” for the segment.
The facility was clean, except for the ventilation systems; they are dusty. The bed was comfortable (not waking up with back pain is a good indicator). The shower is warm with good pressure, but would be considered tiny for bigger/taller people.
The room is big enough for luggage. The color of the sheets doesn’t give a luxury feel (dark grey).
The location is a 5-minute walk to a local metro and a 40-minute walk to a central station. It is close to the main road, and there are lots of restaurants and some supermarkets close by, although I didn’t try these.
Due to the proximity of the restaurants, the room (203) really stinks every evening. The staff responded with an air purifier, which helped a bit. I didn’t smell this in the common areas, so I’m guessing it is just some rooms. Also, the room isn’t fully soundproof; you can hear the road. Better windows and insulation could have prevented this.
Communication is fast and attentive but happens via an app (Line), which you have to download. Questions before arrival via email were not responded to. I appreciated being able to use the kitchen, even though the stove is staff only. For guests, there is a microwave.
I loved this place 💖 Really nice cosy feel. Very clean and all I needed in a place to call home for a week in Tokyo. I love to walk, so it didn’t bother me that it was a stop or two away from Shibuya and Shinjuku Stations. Hatagaya Station is very close. The location is very quiet despite there being a busy road close by. Some lovely side streets in the area too. Very easy check-in. And I love the arty entrance sign 😊
It was very clean, and I thought the interior with white as the main color had a good sense of style.
The room was spacious enough for my needs.
I had a large suitcase, but it was not a problem at all.
I was satisfied with everything, including the drinks, chopsticks, shampoo, towels, the comfort of the Wi-Fi, the cleanliness and water pressure of the shower room, and the quietness of the room.
There are many restaurants nearby, giving the impression that everything is available, such as Indian curry, Turkish cuisine, ramen, izakaya, Saizeriya, Gusto, and McDonald's. The supermarket was also open late, which was convenient.
If I have the opportunity, I would love to use this place again without hesitation.
It was helpful to have an elevator to go up to the second floor. Regarding the station, if you use the entrance on the opposite side of the road, you can access the elevated platform via the elevator.
The room is good, with excellent amenities. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Everything is handled online, and the owners respond quickly.
