More than rooms, they do have studios of three different sizes, ideal for short stays. For longer stays, I recommend the largest for a maximum of two people. Children can stay, but due to space limitations, if it were me, I would look for another place if you and your children want to be comfortable. There is a really nice restaurant in the lobby and also at the rooftop level with a nice view. There is space for coworking at the mezzanine, and there are also spaces where you may hold meetings and social events such as conferences, dinners, and even weddings. There is no room service per se; for longer stays, you are entitled to have your room cleaned once a week free of charge, and you will also get fresh towels and linens. If you want to have your room cleaned more than once a week, you will have to pay extra. The staff is friendly and attentive.
The place is located in a very nice and quiet area that's conveniently located close to the Roundabout. It is really easy to go anywhere from there.
For longer stays, there is a laundry area to wash and dry your clothes.
In an excellent area, this coliving is an incredible place.
From the moment you enter, the design of the space envelops you: modern, minimalist, and with a super creative vibe. Every corner is designed to inspire, work comfortably, and make you feel at ease.
The atmosphere is among the best: calm, harmonious, and with very nice energy. It's evident that they care about the details and truly want you to feel good while you are there.
Without a doubt, one of the most pleasant and aesthetic spaces in Guadalajara. Totally recommended!
I rented a loft a few months ago and loved it. It's a very practical option as it includes everything: services, furniture... I didn't have to buy anything. Additionally, it is super well located. I highly recommend it if you are looking for a place or if you'll be staying for a few months in GDL. They rent for a minimum of one month and only ask for very simple documents.
Very comfortable and innovative coliving. I felt like I was in my own apartment. The people were very friendly, and the view for breakfast was amazing.

A coliving super well located and very comfortable, I was surprised by the rooms; they are very spacious and comfortable, with a living area, dining room, and kitchen that are very well equipped. A very spacious closet with the option of an extra bed that comes out of the closet.
The bed is comfortable but a little high.
The bathroom is quite good, and the hot water comes out almost immediately.
The front desk staff was super friendly and attentive.
It has a very comfortable and spacious coworking space and a breakfast restaurant that is very good.

I stayed for 45 days and it is perfect! Everything is very clean and they attend to any request. Excellent location and with a good-sized parking space. Very good service from the moment you request information until you arrive. I will definitely stay again!!!
I stayed in one of the lofts and the experience was excellent. The place is very well maintained, with a modern design and a super tranquil atmosphere. Ideal for resting, concentrating, or just disconnecting for a while. The service was very good and everything worked perfectly. I will definitely return; I totally recommend it.

I stayed here for a month with my family, and the place is truly beautiful. The rooms have a lovely concept that makes for a pleasant atmosphere. However, the service from the reception and restaurant staff left much to be desired. They didn’t seem genuine in their customer interactions, which is crucial for making a stay special. It felt at times like they were doing you a favor by helping. I hope they can improve this aspect. Best regards.
