This is an excellent place to live for two main reasons: affordability and convenience.
You get access to great public transit, food spots, and nightlife, all at a much lower cost than similar apartments in more central areas. The tradeoff is sharing the space with roommates, which always carries some risk, but in my experience, I lived with great people and had no issues.
