Dietrick is an amazing property manager. They worked diligently to accommodate my situation, responding to all of my messages quickly. It was a pleasure working with them.

I had a wonderful experience staying here! Although my visit was brief, and I didn't get the chance to enjoy the gym and computer room, the friendly atmosphere and sense of security truly stood out. The leasing process was straightforward, and arriving to get my electronic keys set up was a breeze. I would definitely stay here again.

This coliving is a great option if you're looking for the following:
* An open-minded community
* No B.S. transactions
* Reasonable pricing for amenities
* A modern aesthetic and move-in-ready environment.

As others have mentioned, the parking situation can be a drawback. If you're willing to pay their monthly fee, then you're all set. However, street parking can be difficult most nights.

Overall, I want to give a shoutout to the management at this coliving for making my stay worth it.

I had an excellent experience! As an actor, I needed a place that was affordable yet flexible. One of the main things I loved was the access to the office space and other rooms available for working out, self-taping, and more. Highly recommend!

I have been living at this coliving for almost a year now! The staff is amazing, from Derrick and Dietrick to the cleaners and gardeners, they are all there to help and accommodate. If you are worried about having random roommates, do not fear! Dietrick is in charge of pairings and he does a great job. I have had 0 problems in my 11 months here and have made at least 10 new close friends with my roommates. The community here does a great job attending and hosting events such as goat yoga, comedy nights, movie premieres, and food trucks. My neighbors are cool but some of the Elon students can be entitled. They don't have access to a nice roof patio like I do so they often come up to mine without permission. However, Derrick and Dietrick are great about addressing this issue. The gym is amazing, the yoga room and movie room are very comfortable. Our offices and studios are also very nice to use. With large rooms, amazing bathrooms with great water pressure, living here has turned from temporary to long term for me as I will likely sign another 6 month lease soon. It's definitely worth it in my opinion as everything is kept easy and efficient.

Great place in terms of location, features, environment, modern new buildings and services. It is quiet, very clean and safe.

Definitely recommend this coliving. The staff is so helpful and always timely in responding to you about any issues. The location is convenient for everything. The rooftop is awesome. The cleaners and maintenance staff do such a good job and are respectful of your belongings. They match you with roommates that are similar to you and are very honest about everything before you sign a lease. It is a great way to meet people, but also because of the layout of the property, you can easily have as much privacy as you want. The gym and office space are great and always clean. I will be definitely looking to move back into Eddy if there is availability when I move back to LA!

The community aspect was good and all of the amenities were great. The walls are a bit thin so you could hear a lot of noise from neighbors. So, while there were good things to start with, they need to be more organized overall.

I've been staying at this coliving space for almost six months after moving from abroad, and having a fully furnished place really made the transition smoother. The amenities are top-notch, and both Derrick and Dietrick are incredibly helpful. I especially appreciate the weekly cleaning that's included. This place is very well-located, central to most spots in LA, which is not always easy to find.

Initially, the idea of living with people I hadn't met was a bit intimidating, but I was reassured that much thought goes into matching housemates. That reassurance turned out to be well-founded. As a grad student who values a tranquil environment, I've found the perfect match in terms of housemates. I fully recommend it for anyone looking for a peaceful coliving experience!

I lived at this coliving for 1/2 a year and enjoyed it. My roommates were amazing. The house was always clean and maintenance was taken care of in a timely fashion. It's a great place to live.
