I moved in a month ago and couldn’t be happier with my decision! I was honestly hesitant to even tour based on reviews, but I took a chance. My unit came fully furnished, which made the move-in process incredibly easy. The rooftop is a fantastic bonus, offering stunning 360-degree views of LA. It’s my favorite place to unwind after a long day. The location in the heart of K-town is ideal for me since I don't drive but everything I need is just a short walk away. The management team has been super responsive and helpful since day one. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient living experience in LA.

This property is awesome, it's pretty new and the units are professionally curated designs. The safety is at best and amenities are great.

I really enjoyed my time living here albeit for a few months. Amazing staff, awesome location and great views from the rooftop. I hope they keep this standard consistent or even better!

I recently toured this coliving space at Harvard and wanted to share my positive experience. I haven’t moved in yet, but I was impressed enough with the tour and leasing process that I felt compelled to share.

The property manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and professional during my visit. They took the time to show me around thoroughly, answering all my questions patiently. The apartments and amenities I saw looked great and well-maintained. I love the view from the roof!

I love where I live, especially the diversity of people here. The great food places and the spacious apartment for me and my daughter are wonderful. Oh, and the views are spectacular. I love it here. John is awesome!

love this apartment complex! Its brand new and the aesthetic has a clean, modern, Scandinavian vibe. The features such as the ecobee and latch door system are nice touches to the apartments. The location is right by the heart of ktown - next to restaurants , markets, shopping, bars. Perfect for young professional/single . The rooftop has a view of Griffith, hollywood sign, dtla and west LA. For being in a downtown area it can be noisey but the windows block out all the sound and for the most part our street is quiet. The manager and staff are quick to respond and care about your living experience. Parking is secure and there is a security guard at night which is helpful because i get home late some nights and feel safe. Because the building is still working on finishing touches - I cant wait to see this building at its full potential! Happy here and highly recommend! :)

A great building and concept! It’s a new take on luxury coliving. The building is in a good location close to Korean restaurants. Definitely impressed.
