The accessibility to a gym and pool was fantastic, and the convenience of having trams and trains within a 5 and 10-minute walk respectively was a huge plus. The staff were amazing—so accommodating. Truly couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Even though the nearest grocery store is a kilometer away, it's quite manageable with some planning. The host provides a weekly roll of toilet paper and a trash bag, which is helpful to remember. Cleaning services are scheduled for Thursdays, which is when the space is refreshed.

I did encounter a slight issue with the air conditioning, which is centrally controlled and tended to turn off on its own. As for meals, the on-site dining option proved to be satisfying both in service and food quality.

Guests sensitive to noise should be mindful that the doors can be loud when closing; earplugs could be beneficial for light sleepers. However, the large windows offering a beautiful city view more than make up for that. A lovely feature indeed.

The staff, particularly at the front desk, were always helpful and welcoming. With a little preparation, you can have a truly comfortable and convenient experience here.
