All our rooms are spacious, giving you enough space to move around comfortably and store your belongings in an organized way. You will have a comfortable bed, work desk, wardrobe, private bathroom, and hot/cold refrigeration to maintain the ideal climate throughout the year.

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?We would like to know as much as possible about you, including who you are, where you are from, your professional background, and your life experiences. The more information you provide, the better we can get to know you and find the right community fit.

Can I extend or shorten my stay?Yes, you can extend or shorten your contract with a one-month notice, subject to availability.

Do you accept co-signers?We gladly accept co-signers for applicants with limited credit history or income.

Is there a Credit Score required?We do not check your credit history. The main factors to be accepted into our community are honesty, transparency, and the purpose of your trip.

When/how will you refund my security deposit?Security deposit is typically returned shortly after your stay ends. We will review your room for any excessive damage that would impact your security deposit return. Normal wear and tear are expected.

Can I cancel a booking?You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

What if I don’t know exactly how long I want to stay?You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

Are kids allowed?As this is essentially a working environment, our facilities aren’t baby-proofed or child-friendly. Having kids around can be a major distraction for other colivers and you. So, it’s a no.

Is it possible to request a change of room or apartment if I am not satisfied with the current one?Of course. If a room is released and you want to move in, you will have the opportunity to pay the rent difference. We may also charge an additional room cleaning fee.

Can I smoke inside? How about vaping?Smoking is strictly prohibited in any part of the building. That includes all private and communal rooms, hallways, etc. If you choose to smoke, please make sure you do so in the terrace or away from the building entrance, and please make sure you dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Can I receive post/mail to the property?Yes. We will provide updated info once you have moved in.

What are the quiet hours?On the weekday, quiet hours are from 10 pm to 9 am. As with any shared housing scenario, the golden rule is to be respectful of others in your community and not wake them up or disturb them if they’re trying to have a quiet night.

What is the policy on alcohol?It’s your home, so feel free to enjoy a drink whenever you wish, so long as you are respectful of your housemates. If you want to party, make sure you do that away from the property.

Metro
You can take the L9S from the airport to Collblanc station, and from there, walk approximately 7 minutes.
Aerobus
You'll find it at both airport terminals. Get off at Plaza Espanya, and from there take the L1 metro to Sant Eulalia station, exit at "Riera Blanca," and walk for about 10 minutes.
Taxi
Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the airport. The estimated travel time is approximately 20 minutes.
