- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place.

Some hosts have contracts that you need to sign before moving in in case you wish to commit to a long-term stay.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

The coliving space is open and there is no separate work area. Nevertheless, each room has its own desk if needed to work in a private space.

The heart of the city center has a lot of good local restaurants and a lot of nice restaurants are accessible by walking distance. We have also partnerships with some local restaurants.

The bus stop to university and around Pau is just at the end of the street.

Pau airport is located 20 minutes away from the city center. Lourdes airport is 40 min away and Biarritz airport 1 hour away. There are loads of options !

Pau is located between the mountain and the sea, so if you are an outdoor lover you can spend your time wandering the beautiful surrounding nature. We have a strong local culture and you can discover the gastronomy, music, and ferias. No doubt you will be asking for more once you've tried!
