The property is an oasis in the city, located in El Coll, an exclusive residential neighborhood near Gracia, considered one of the best places to visit and live to feel the true local culture and way of life of Barcelona! This premium location gives you the opportunity to work from a chill place surrounded by nature while having all the best of Barcelona just 10 minutes away. The house is right next to Park Güell, where you can see and enjoy one of the most beautiful Gaudí architectural works. Our coliving and coworking Catalan villa is spacious with high ceilings, large windows, terraces, & a gigantic 2600M2 private garden with a wonderful swimming pool. We also have a vegetable garden & couple of BBQ areas to enjoy the best outdoor plans during your stay. Enjoy our optic fiber high-speed wifi and wind down comfortably in your bedroom or in our communal lounge spaces with our hot desks & ergonomic chairs. We host around 10 to 15 residents per month. Each week, you are invited to join an array of activities planned with the utmost love by our team and local partners. You’ll have the opportunity to meet other members of our community and escape your routine. Activities included during your stay include community sessions, yoga or meditation sessions, networking events, and tapas nights, amongst others. We can also organize fitness sessions, cooking dinners, volleyball, hiking, diving, and a city promenade.

Will I have privacy?Yes! Almost all of our bedrooms are private, you will not share a room with other guests. You will also have a private desk to work from in every room.

Are pets allowed?We have designated some bedrooms that may suit best the pet lover and won’t affect the other guests. We accept small dogs (up to 15 kg) according to availability. If you have doubts about which rooms are pet-friendly, we recommend you book a call with our team so we can assist you in your selection process.
What are the rules regarding pets?
We love animals and have some rules that must be followed to ensure an amazing experience for all house guests.
Pets will have unlimited access to the gardens and terraces, as well as to the room where they must have their food, water and bed. Dogs will also be able to access the coworking space, as long as it is in common agreement with the rest of the guests.
-To ensure hygiene and keep everything clean, we ask you not to let the dogs enter the kitchen area.
Although we love our dog buddies, we know that they can lose some hair every now and then. Please do not let them get on any couch in the living room. We understand that not all guests will be happy if they sit around and get hair on their clothes.
-We love animals and we love that they can share the nomad lifestyle with their owners, but to guarantee a good experience in each coliving, we can only host a maximum of 2 dogs, depending on the availability and approval of the rest of the guests.
-In the case of bookings with pets, we ask for a deposit of €300 (instead of €150) just in case something is broken or damaged. Don't worry, this money will be returned during check-out if everything is in perfect condition!
-It is mandatory for pet owners to take the dog out for a walk and do their business on the street (AKA: pee and poop). Please prevent pets from doing it in the coliving gardens or common areas. If this happens, we ask for your collaboration by picking it up or cleaning it with water and bleach to prevent it from happening again!

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Almost all double bedrooms can host up to 2 people. In that case, please check the proper price.

Is there a designated space for work?Of course! our spaces are designed exclusively for digital nomads and remote workers. You can use our coworking space or your private desk in your room (plus, super high sped internet 24/7)

What types of people will I be sharing the home with?We focus on creating a nice community of digital nomads and remote workers. Our guests' average age is 32, and most of them are young professionals, freelancers, or entrepreneurs. You will meet like-minded people, travel lovers, and lots of people who have already experienced living in a coliving space.

Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?We’ll ask for your personal details (name, contact info), intended dates of stay, and a bit about your work and lifestyle — we like to know who’s joining the community! No long forms, just the essentials to ensure a good match.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We look for friendly, respectful people who are aligned with our community vibe: remote workers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and open-minded travelers. We’re not strict, but we do prioritize good fit over “just filling rooms.”

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?We can sometimes accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on room availability. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help! (Remember the minimum stay is 1 month)

Do you host groups/retreats?No, we don’t host full-house retreats or group takeovers. Sometimes we collaborate with partners to organize events that bring in locals or external guests, so you’ll have extra chances to meet and connect with new people!

How many people will be living here during my stay?Casa Turull hosts around 10–15 people at a time, so it’s big enough to meet new faces but cozy enough to feel like home.

Is there a house/community manager?Yes! We have a dedicated Community Manager (our “Happiness Officer”) on-site to help you settle in, answer questions, and make sure everyone’s having a great experience.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?While we don’t have formal security staff, the house is in a safe, residential area with access limited to guests and team members. We also have an alarm system and security cameras in place for extra peace of mind. Plus, our community manager is always around to support you and help with anything you need.
