We offer a unique coliving experience with a main house and separate casitas, creating a warm, communal atmosphere while preserving everyone’s privacy.
Casitas in Community Style:
3 Casitas: Each casita comes with a double bed (king or queen), private bathroom, flat-screen TV, offering both comfort and privacy.
1 Casita: This casita has two separate bedrooms – one with a king bed and the other with two twin beds – plus a living room with a flat-screen TV, ideal for friends or families, comfortably accommodating two people per room.
Outdoor Common Areas: Enjoy a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and a cozy seating area perfect for relaxing or socializing, all connected with high-quality Wi-Fi.
All of our rooms are equipped with ceiling fans, air conditioning, WiFi, television (except in the children’s room of the family casita Terre & Mer), and private bathrooms with hot water. Sheets, blankets, and bath towels are provided.

Our property is 92 km west of Panama City and 57 km east of David, easily accessible via Tocumen International Airport and David International Airport. For Canadian travelers, Rio Hato Airport, just 25 km away, operates seasonal flights. Casa Fofo is an ideal starting point for exploring Panama’s beautiful beaches, waves, and scenic landscapes.

Absolutely! If you rent the entire house, you'll have complete privacy. If you choose to rent a room, you'll still have your own private space, while sharing the common areas with other residents. We encourage everyone to respect each other's privacy and create a comfortable living environment.

Although we love all pets, we might have members with potential allergies, so, unfortunately, we can’t allow people to bring pets with them. We want to make sure everyone can be happy in their communal home.
We loves animals, but to ensure everyone’s comfort, we do not accept pets. Our three friendly cats roam freely around the property.
Residents must agree to take care of the cats during their stay. -
We do allow couples and friends to stay in our bigger rooms, ensuring there’s plenty of space for your needs and comfort.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We aim to return your security deposit shortly after your stay ends! We’ll check your room for any excessive damage, but don’t worry—normal wear and tear is completely fine. We usually return the deposit in cash, sealed in an envelope, on your departure day. Thank you for being a part of our community!
