The main purpose of our community is to make it possible for people—regardless of background—to feel comfortable and at home with their housemates, and have the opportunity to build long-lasting, authentic relationships.
To allow members the opportunity to get to know their housemates and expand their networks, we sponsor activities. One way this is done is by way of the a sponsored welcome dinner: each time a new member moves in, Our team sponsor a dinner for all housemates to get to know one another. We then hope to see our members come together and join the various other events hosted throughout the year by us or other members!
As a member, you will also get exclusive access to our online community via the member app. In the app, you have the possibility to join or start an interest group and get in contact with other members in your own city and across all other cities in which We are present.

Havel is located in the most popular part of Moabit, where one trendy cafe or restaurant opens after the other. The street itself is a beautiful cobblestone street with plenty of greenery. The apartment is within walking distance from the Fritz-Schloß-Park and the ZK/U where regular cultural events take place. The U-bahn station Birckenstrasse is only 5 min by foot where you can catch the U9 or walk to the S-bahn station Westhafen and take the S-bahn anywhere you want to.

Booking rules
• All the contracts should start on the first day of each month.
• We work with open-ended contracts, so you can stay for as long as you like. In order to terminate your lease, you just need to give a 1-month termination notice before moving out.
• All our contracts end on the last day of each month.
• After signing the contract a deposit of 1,150 EUR will be requested. The amount is fixed regardless of the price of the rent and is
fully reimbursable once you move out.
• Please note that we ask for a prepayment of your LAST month of rent, the first month of rent will be paid directly to us on the day your contract starts.
• We charge a one-time membership fee of €150 upon signing the contract. This fee covers administrative costs, including contract drafting and processing

You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. As our contracts are open-ended, you can stay for as long as you like depending on the availability! However, unfortunately, the stays can't be shortened.

Our apartments typically do not have locks on individual private rooms. This is primarily due to safety concerns since police or firefighters may need to enter the room in case of an emergency. Additionally, we provide services such as cleaning and furniture repairs/maintenance, so our operations team or technicians/plumbers may need to enter if there is an issue in a private room or if it is time for cleaning. In such cases, we will always notify the members in advance and knock on the doors before entering. Thank you for your understanding!
