Our community offers separate, independent, and stand-alone units, ensuring that residents have ultimate privacy in their own living spaces while still benefiting from living in a like-minded community.
In addition, we offer an entire floor- the 4th floor—where all residents have access to an array of shared spaces to make socializing, mingling, relaxing, and networking a way of life. The 4th floor is where community truly comes alive, offering a range of spaces designed to facilitate interaction and collaboration.
The open-plan living room on the 4th floor is an inviting and spacious common area shared by all community members. This is a perfect area to relax, unwind, and socialize while taking advantage of the panoramic view of the city. It is the ideal area for gathering together to watch a movie or host a dinner party.
Our shared coworking space is perfect for remote workers and freelancers who want a change of scenery in their work-from-home routine. It is fitted with excellent Wi-Fi, printers, and scanning facilities, as well as a large communal screen to ensure an optimal working experience.
The shared kitchen is a hub for meals and cooking that provides an opportunity to bond over a delicious meal. The space is perfect for those who like to cook, with ovens, fridges, and food prep areas available for all. The kitchen is equipped with everything one needs to cook a delicious meal, from cooking utensils to crockery and cutlery.
Our separate office on the 4th floor comes as an added benefit. It has dedicated workspaces, monitors, and high-speed wifi, perfect for those needing to focus on important projects or hold online video meetings. It is also a great opportunity to connect with others with similar interests and skillsets.

Currently pets are not allowed in our colivings
We don´t mix guests in ithe rooms, but if you come with your couple or friend , thats totally fine with us as most rooms allow double use.
There is workspace in many rooms, and several workspace areas indoors and outdoors.
We host an international like minded group of remote workers with average age 33.
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

The airport is 30 minutes drive from Las Palmas and 50 minutes drive to Agaete ( El Cabo )
Gran Canaria is a miniature continent where you can do all kinds of activities except for snowboarding :)
