The accommodation is located in the Saint Vincent de Paul neighborhood, right in the heart of Paris. Numerous shops, public transportation, and restaurants are located nearby. Situated between the Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, access to major train lines could not be easier. Access to the city center is just as simple and quick. The apartment is very close to the Canal Saint Martin, where you can take a stroll along the quays. The Parc des Buttes-Chaumont is only 15 minutes away, a green and peaceful place, perfect for sunny days.

Can I split the rent with my partner or a friend?Some of our rooms are large enough for two people to live comfortably. In this case, you will have to count a rent of 90€ in addition to the basic rent that you will be able to divide to two!

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
