This villa is similar to a country house, with the uniqueness of being in the urban area of Valencia. This unique 500-year-old house is located in La Huerta, a beautiful neighborhood near the beach. This premium location allows you to work from a chill place surrounded by nature while having Valencia City nearby. Valencia is considered one of the best cities in the world to live in. Our Valencian coliving-coworking villa is spacious with high ceilings, large windows, terraces, and a nice private garden. We are also 8 minutes from the beach by bicycle. Enjoy our optic fiber high-speed wifi and wind down comfortably in your bedroom or in our communal lounge spaces with our hot desks and ergonomic chairs.
We host around 10 to 15 residents per month. Each week, you are invited to join an array of activities planned with the utmost love by our team and local partners. You’ll have the opportunity to meet other community members and escape your routine. Activities included during your stay include community sessions, yoga or meditation sessions, networking events, and tapas nights, amongst others. We can also organize fitness sessions, cooking diners, volleyball, hiking, diving, the city promenade, etc.

We focus on the micro-community to connect more deeply with like-minded people. We welcome around 10 to 15 residents per month in our superb 750 m2 villa. Dedicated to entrepreneurs, digital nomads, and remote workers, our community promotes environmental sustainability, personal well-being, and authentic connection. You will be surrounded by like-minded people, with whom you will connect with a positive mindset.
Every week, take part in many lovingly created activities with local partners to meet other like-minded people, boost your productivity, and escape your routine: yoga, volleyball, hiking, wine tasting, tapas, and city walking.

Our guests' average age is 32, and most of them are young professionals, freelancers, or entrepreneurs. Will I get the same room as on the photos?The room you will be assigned might differ slightly from the photos but will match the room type. You are booking a room/bed by type, not a specific unit.

Can I tour the property first?You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

My booking has been accepted, now what?Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

What information do I need to supply for the application?We’ll ask for your personal details (name, contact info), intended dates of stay, and a bit about your work and lifestyle — we like to know who’s joining the community! No long forms, just the essentials to ensure a good match.

What criteria do you use to evaluate potential renters?We look for friendly, respectful people who are aligned with our community vibe: remote workers, creatives, entrepreneurs, and open-minded travelers. We’re not strict, but we do prioritize good fit over “just filling rooms.”

Is it possible to arrive before the designated move-in time or stay past the move-out time?We can sometimes accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs depending on room availability. Please let us know in advance and we’ll do our best to help! (Remember the minimum stay is 1 month)

If you’d like to have a plus-one staying for multiple nights, just note that we do charge a small extra guest fee.

Do you host groups/retreats?No, we don’t host full-house retreats or group takeovers. Sometimes we collaborate with partners to organize events that bring in locals or external guests, so you’ll have extra chances to meet and connect with new people!

How many people will be living here during my stay?Casa Turull hosts around 10–15 people at a time, so it’s big enough to meet new faces but cozy enough to feel like home.

Is there a house/community manager?Yes! We have a dedicated Community Manager (our “Happiness Officer”) on-site to help you settle in, answer questions, and make sure everyone’s having a great experience.

What are the nationalities of the other residents?We’re an international mix! You’ll meet people from all over Europe, North and South America, and beyond — digital nomads, creatives, entrepreneurs, and remote workers from different backgrounds.

Does the building have security? What is done to make me feel safe?While we don’t have formal security staff, the house is in a safe, residential area with access limited to guests and team members. We also have an alarm system and security cameras in place for extra peace of mind. Plus, our community manager is always around to support you and help with anything you need.

What public transportation is available?The house is well-connected by metro, bus, and tram, making it easy to get around Barcelona. You can walk just 8–10 minutes to the nearest metro station and be in the city center or at the beach super fast and easy.

How far is it to the nearest airport?Barcelona El Prat Airport is about 30–40 minutes away by car or taxi, and roughly 45–60 minutes by public transport.
