The flatshare is strategically located in the "Vieux Lille" neighborhood, in the heart of Lille. A lot of shops, restaurants, public transports are located close at hand. The apartment is on floor #1 . It is entirely furnished and is composed of a large kitchen with refrigerator, pans, kitchen ustensils, microwave, crockery, kettle, toaster… It also has an ironing board, an iron, a washing machine, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: dustpan and brush, broom, bagless hoover, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all bills: electricity, household waste tax, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, housing insurance.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

With construction starting as early as the 14th century, Vieux Lille is the oldest neighbourhood in town. Most of its cobbled and mainly pedestrianised streets are lined with boutiques, varying from the most excentric shops to the height of luxury showrooms. The brick façades, oozing with history, are splendidly colourful. Wandering through these streets you will stumble upon many small parks and public squares as well as numerous historic monuments, like the Notre-Dame de la Treille cathedral. The neighbourhood is also very popular among Lillois people for its trendy bars and restaurants which come to life when the sun goes down. The Citadell, being just next to this neighbourhood, is very easily accessible for a nice walk or jog down by the river Deûle.
