The flatshare can be found in the "Manufacture" neighborhood, in the centre of Lyon. Many public transports, restaurants, shops are at your disposal close by. The apartment is on floor #3 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, crockery, kitchen ustensils, toaster, pans, kettle, microwave… It also has an ironing board, a washing machine, an iron, a clothes rack.
You will also find cleaning items directly in the apartment: broom, bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: condominium fees, household waste tax, water, electricity, unlimited wi-fi, housing insurance.
All our flats are fully equipped (washing machine, dishes, decoration...)
by our teams, who also take care of the technical and material maintenance.

This neighbourhood, situated in the 8th arrondissement of Lyon, owes its name to the former tobacco factory (Manufacture des Tabacs), nowadays converted into a university campus. The former factory is now home to the Lyon 3 Jean Moulin university which welcomes 30,000 students every day.
