The flatshare can be found in the "Foch" neighborhood, in the heart of Lyon. Several public transports, restaurants, shops are located nearby. The apartment is on floor #3 , with elevator. It is entirely equipped and is composed of a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, kettle, microwave, pans, kitchen ustensils, crockery, toaster… The flat also has a washing machine, an ironing board, a clothes rack, an iron.
Additionally, you will find cleaning items in the accommodation: bagless hoover, dustpan and brush, broom, mop and bucket… Every furnished flatshare includes all expenses: housing insurance, unlimited wi-fi, condominium fees, water, electricity, household waste tax.
