Chill place. Great tenants and super facilities very near 24hr supermarket

Safe bet in the neighbourhood for a good specialty coffee and bites, but it worth also a ride as you can definetely spend the day, working in quiet yet friendly environnement, plus you can take a break in parc Carol, 10mn walking. the courtyard is shady, with vine..what else?

Exceptional places and particularly warm atmosphere, I highly recommend if you want to live or work in a relaxed atmosphere accompanied by a great specialty coffee.

A very welcoming, quiet, and beautiful location. In addition to the fact that the atmosphere is pleasant where you can work quietly or simply enjoy the peace, you also have access to many grocery stores nearby (2 minutes walk). The area is a central one, and from what I noticed, for those who are interested, there are also means of public transport near those stores. The owner is extremely hospitable, fair, friendly, and "gang", being always willing to offer your help as soon as possible. I take the risk to repeat myself, stating that the atmosphere is a pleasant one, this is due to the people I met here, who are very friendly, polite, talented and very respectful. I was pleasantly impressed. I recommend

Been there twice since the take-over by the two owners. They did a great job renovating the place by themselves! A good place to settle for discovering this great city :)

I had the best time with the Viners, who are all friendly, passionate, and inspiring people. Even though I was just passing by, they warmly welcomed me and truly made me feel at home. I wish you the best of luck with the upcoming projects, which will surely bring amazing perspectives. The atmosphere of this place will make you want to stay! (Take care of not missing your plane home though...)
