Novena is a vibrant and centrally located neighbourhood in Singapore, known for its blend of residential areas, commercial centres and major medical facilities. Anchored by Novena MRT Station on the North–South Line, the area offers fast and convenient access to Orchard Road, the city centre and other key parts of Singapore. Surrounding the MRT are several popular malls, including Velocity @ Novena Square, Square 2, Royal Square at Novena and the family-friendly United Square Shopping Mall, all of which provide a wide range of dining, retail and service options. Daily necessities are easy to find with multiple convenience stores such as 7-Eleven, grocery options like Cold Storage and various small marts around the neighbourhood. You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:

- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.
- If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the property by clicking "Contact host" and ask for more details. Make sure your questions are not already covered in the description or the FAQ section.
- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.
- If the property substantially differ from what is advertiser, you report it to us and we will help you find another place. -
Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.

We are quite flexible with move-in and move-out arrangements. You can coordinate these directly with your main point of contact. We will reach out to you using the contact details you provided on this platform to finalize your move-in details.

Yes, you will need to sign a lease. The minimum lease term is 90 days, and it will align with the dates you provided on the coliving platform. Once you've successfully paid the first month's rent through the platform (which will be released to us after you move in), we will send the lease to your email. After signing the lease, you will also need to pay the security deposit directly to us.

The security deposit, equal to one month's rent, will be returned to you at least 14 days after your move-out date via the bank details you provide. Please note that the deposit is subject to deductions for any unpaid invoices or the move-out cleaning fee, as outlined in the tenancy agreement.

You can cancel free of charge as long as you have not paid. Once you have paid for your booking, the cancellation policy must be respected.

You may book a shorter stay first and then extend once you know more about your needs subject to availability.

If the accommodation is not suitable, please contact the staff on arrival and they will do their best to find a mutually agreeable solution.

• Only one guest per room is allowed to stay overnight.
• Guests cannot sleep in the living room; they should sleep in the tenant’s room and remain respectful when using common areas.
• If guests are staying for a few hours, please inform housemates in advance, especially if noise is expected.
• For guests staying a couple of days but less than a week, please inform the housemates—no extra charge applies.
• If a guest stays for more than a week, housemates must be informed, and additional charges for rent/PUB may apply if there’s significant excess.
