Our coliving was founded with the mission of spreading peace through knowledge of culture. We welcome and host travelers from around the world with memorable, authentic, and unique experiences around our destination. The property is conveniently located in downtown San Diego's Little Italy neighborhood. You can enjoy amazing restaurants and coffee shops and feel like you are walking the streets of a European city.

The hostel offers a coliving dorm with amenities to make your stay comfortable. The property is designed to feel like home and provide you with the amenities you need to have a great stay. We offer a lounge, patio, dining room, and shared kitchen.

As a guest, you have full access to our adjacent hostel. You can enjoy our breakfast service, as well as participate in our daily social activities.

Being our guest is an experience. We keep our prices affordable so we can share this unique experience with as many colivers as possible. We regularly host many long-term international guests and students. Each guest must be over 18 years old and have a valid passport. You must reside outside of San Diego County to stay at the house.

We are located in the Little Italy neighborhood of downtown San Diego. Little Italy is a European-style neighborhood with walkable streets, cafes, and endless restaurants. There are many local breweries and craft cocktail bars in the neighborhood. You can walk to San Diego Bay in 5 minutes. The San Diego Waterfront parking is located in Little Italy and offers huge green grass fields with views of San Diego Bay.
