We are the 1st Coliving in the Candelaria sector in the Center of Medellin. A sector that is characterized by having a wide cultural, youth and bohemian offer of the city mainly for Locals, which means that you can experience Medellin like a local, finding bars,restaurants, museums, theaters and above all the main tourist attractions of the center walking distance.
Just a few blocks from the metro system that will allow you to easily get around the other points of interest in the city such as Comuna 13, Arví Park, the Poblado sector, Laureles, the viewpoints and more.
Our home is in a heritage house that preserves the history of Medellin, but equipped with modern design and the needs that a traveler requires today.
We have Wi-Fi service, coworking, shared kitchen, spaces to share, private rooms and dormitories and most importantly a group of paisas happy to serve and welcome you.
In our service you will have breakfast included 🥞and from Monday to Saturday you can join our Host and other visitors to tour and get to know the center in their daily life to try fruit, explore the shopping area and at night discover the nightlife of the center that will surprise you.

Our neighborhood is very well located, since you are close to supermarkets, shops, ATMs and everything you need just a few steps away. You will find a wide cultural offering, from cinema, plays, concerts, recitals, bars, restaurants, museums such as the Casa de la Memoria museum, the Antioquia museum, and the Philately Museum. You will be located a few blocks from the Metro system and the city's transportation system. You don´t need to tour the property, and here is why:
- Properties on Coliving.com have pictures and a clear description of the community, rooms, and common areas. Most of them also have 3D or video tours.
- Restricting viewings provide equal opportunities for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad. Plus, it preserves the privacy of our coliving communities.

- Coliving.com makes sure the coliving property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the operator 24h after you have successfully moved in.

Once you’ve been accepted and confirmed your ideal moving-in date, the host will be there to welcome you to your new home. They will help you settle in your room, show you around the space, and introduce you to the other community members. Once we’ve answered your questions, you will be given time to get settled and make yourself at home.
