Responsibilities
Quality Control & Compliance
• Review and monitor new and existing listings to ensure they meet company guidelines and maintain consistency.
• Provide feedback to listing creators and work with Host Account Managers (HAMs) to optimize property presentations.
• Maintain and refine quality assurance processes to enhance the marketplace experience.

Listing Management & Operational Support
• Assist in managing listing statuses, ensuring accuracy in categorization and availability updates.
• Work closely with the product and content teams to address listing-related issues and implement improvements.
• Support HAMs in updating FAQs and relevant content to maintain transparency and user clarity.

Social Media & Community Engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content around coliving spaces.
• Monitor and engage with online communities, responding to inquiries and fostering conversations.
• Track social media analytics to assess engagement and support content strategy refinements.

Administrative & Project Support for the Regional Manager
• Assist with scheduling, coordination of regional meetings, and organization of community events.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and performance analyzis for internal stakeholders.
• Follow up on regional projects, ensuring timely execution and progress tracking.

Process Optimization & Training
• Identify opportunities to enhance internal workflows and streamline operations.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for listing management and quality control.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members to ensure operational consistency.

Cross-Department Coordination
• Act as a liaison between the regional team and other departments (marketing, product, customer service) to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational challenges and implementing structured solutions.
• Communicate effectively to bridge gaps between regional operations and global strategy.
Requirements
Location
Must be based in France, preferably in Paris.

Experience
At least 2+ years in a similar operational, marketplace support, or administrative role.

Industry Knowledge
Experience in coliving, hospitality, real estate, or marketplace businesses is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Speaks Spanish and English fluently. Portuguese is also preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work across multiple teams and coordinate various projects.
• Familiarity with social media engagement and content strategy.
• Comfortable working with data tracking, reporting, and digital tools (Asana, Notion, or similar project management software).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
